NAV Relocates Sales Director to Florida. Oscar Atencio to open new office to serve Florida, Caribbean and Latin American market. Brick, NJ (July 15, 2011) - NAV has announced the relocation of Oscar Atencio from Venezuela to Florida. Oscar previously led the Company's sales and business development in Central and South America and the Caribbean. In his new role Oscar will retain those responsibilities and will be charged with providing business leadership for NAV's Florida operations.
