A message to our Customers, Suppliers and Friends,

 

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is having a major effect on the U.S.A, and across the rest of the world. This will continue to impact us all over the coming days, weeks and potentially months.

Given the critical nature of our business, we understand the seriousness of any potential disruption to our customer support.   

The North American Video team is committed to providing the highest level of service and support that we possibly can under these difficult circumstances. 

We have implemented the following actions & policies to ensure our team is able to continue to provide our customers and vendors with the support they need in a safe, healthy, and responsible manner. 

  1. We will comply with all Federal, State, Tribal, and Local Regulations & Guidance.
  1. All NAV employees have been educated and instructed to follow CDC sanitation guidelines and social distancing practices during and after work hours.
  1. All customer and vendor facing employees are contactable by email and cell phone or by calling an office location where a member of the team will be available to relay any messages.
  1. All NAV personnel have been equipped with the required tools to perform their business functions from home to protect them from infection and enable them to continue to support our customers.  
  1. Wherever allowed, NAV offices will remain open with critical staff capable of ensuring customer’s needs are met from a service and support perspective, while following all the recommended preventative measures.
  1. Cleaning schedules for all NAV offices, warehouses, vehicles, and job site equipment have been increased to twice their normal levels. 

We all understand this situation is unprecedented and that new details are unfolding hour by hour and day by day. Please be assured that our team will continually monitor the situation so that we are able to support all our friends, colleagues, customers and suppliers throughout these difficult times.
