# Structured Cabling

Structured cabling can be one of the most commonly overlooked - but critical - parts of your network infrastructure for your security operations. Without proper cabling and connections to your network, your surveillance, access control, and security systems can not run at their full potential, and can even become damaged over time. Your cabling and/or wireless infrastructure must also be available 24/7.

NAV installs, test and certifies Category 6A data cabling, fiber optic cabling, as well as Ethernet, LANs, and WiFi networks. Our team will choose and install the right type of cabling, based on your specific installation needs and other applicable factors, including regulatory requirements, planned occupancy duration, potential moves, updates and changes, and your budget. NAV installers have expertise in cable handling before and during installation, and provide appropriate support, bend radii, and terminations to result in a long-lasting, reliable install.

Upon a successful installation, all cables and connections are thoroughly tested with modern testing equipment to guarantee it will perform as specified. Additionally, NAV’s project manager will review the installation with you so you fully understand its features and benefits.
