Surveillance Service and Maintenance

Surveillance system downtime is unacceptable in the gaming industry. Compliance regulations mandate the need for continuous surveillance during hours of gaming operations, and failing to do so can result in severe consequences including lost revenues and fines from regulatory bodies.

The best way to ensure your gaming surveillance, access control, and security systems are fully functional is by maintaining their health through a regimented maintenance program. Although you may have knowledgeable technicians on staff, NAV specializes in gaming facilities and has more than two decades of experience in providing the requisite maintenance to keep your systems functioning as they should. We have found that casinos that deploy a robust preventative maintenance program are able to almost entirely eliminate unplanned system downtime and emergency calls.

NAV service department technicians are specifically trained to deliver superior scheduled maintenance and emergency service for all aspects of your surveillance and security systems, including video management systems (VMS), cameras, access control, artificial intelligence, and network infrastructure.
